Peter Holmes

Peter Holmes, P. Geo is a Canadian exploration geologist with over 35 years’ experience leading discovery‐focused programs in greenfield and brownfield settings. Based in Campbell River, BC, Mr. Holmes specializes in exploring through glaciated terrain and under transported cover, integrating geological, geophysical, and geochemical data to identify prospective areas

for various commodities. Prior to founding Retriever Exploration Inc, Mr. Holmes held senior technical and managerial

roles—including Vice President, Exploration at Peregrine Diamonds Ltd., Divisional Manager (Western Canada) at De Beers Canada Exploration, and at Uppsala University (Geophysics

Dept) leadership within innovation as Smart Exploration—where he helped bridge technical research and industry practice to improve exploration outcomes. Working with the Artisanal

Gold Council, Mr. Holmes visited Guyana and Kenya in 2022 and 2023 to investigate the investment potential of artisanal and small-scale gold mining. Most recently, Mr. Holmes worked

for IGO (Perth) Limited as a member of the Generative Exploration Team searching for opportunities in sediment-hosted Cu, Li and Ni-Cu-PGE. Mr. Holmes is known for his strong project generation track record, ability to work effectively across jurisdictions and cultures, and commitment to rigorous data standards, environmental

stewardship, and stakeholder engagement. He holds the P. Geo professional designation with both EGBC and PGO and is passionate about discovering new deposits in remote areas

overlooked or hindered by cover, using modern exploration tools, legacy data and collaborative approaches. Mr. Holmes holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geology, from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario and a Post-Graduate Diploma (Business Administration) from the

University of Leicester in the UK.

Blair Holmes

Blair Holmes, is an experienced logistical manager for camps in British Columbia and geophysical operator in Nunavut and the Northwest Territories exploring primarily for diamonds.

Based in Campbell River, BC, Mr. Holmes has worked in varied environments from Baffin Island and the Kivalliq regions in Nunavut to the Lac de Gras area, NWT. Prior to the creation of Retriever Exploration Inc, Mr. Holmes holds a technical and senior managerial role with a manufacturing facility and retail sales company. Working with production staff there was a strong culture of health and safety due to the nature of the materials used in the fabrication processes. Given his prior experience with field operations in remote areas and

helicopter-supported exploration programs, Blair will ensure all fieldwork will be conducted in accordance with health and safety policies and with minimal impact on the environment.

 Shawn brings nearly two decades of industry experience in exploration geophysics on greenfield projects, mature districts, and life of mine expansion.  He has advised multidisciplinary teams within junior, mid-tier and major companies, proving successful targeting and discovery at all stages of exploration. Shawn holds a BSc Honors - Geophysics Specialization from University of Waterloo 

Mark Wallace

 Mark Wallace brings over a decade of experience in responsible sourcing, sustainability, and market access across resource sectors internationally. He has advised governments, private sector companies, and international organizations on due diligence, ESG compliance, and supply chain assurance. He has served in senior and executive roles and as a strategic advisor to public-private partnerships in the minerals sector. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and supports Retriever Exploration with corporate strategy, risk management, and responsible exploration.
